Truck Stop Honey on draft, a very good (4/5) medium balanced brown ale. Combo platter grouper and oysters. Sides sauted broccoli and fries. All were excellent except the fries, which arrived lukewarm and soggy. The waitress only returned when I was done with everything else. I asked to have them taken off the bill. No. But the manager offered to comp me a dessert. I settled for that and ordered a bread pudding that I shared with my bridge partner. Mediocre.

This stuffed shrimp was TOP TIER!! I couldn't make my mind up about whether I wanted crab cakes or a seafood platter and when I saw this, I knewww it was what I needed. It did not disappoint! I wasn't in the mood for asparagus, so I got broccoli instead, but if I went back I'd probably get asparagus, just because the broccoli was just steamed broccoli without added sauce or seasonings. Our waitress was so sweet, we also a pitcher of hurricanes and watched football without a crowd! Glad we were craving seafood and found ourselves here, will definitely go back!

A hidden gem I'd say. This place i want to keep to myself because it's sooo good!! The food is always fresh and flavorful! I've never had a bad meal here. It's pretty slow paced here and I like that because I feel like I get that one on one attention! My recommendation would be the charbroiled Oysters, crawfish étouffée, anything fried and there margaritas are on point! They make all of their sauces so you definitely won't be disappointed! This place is laid back and relaxed, so come, kick your feet up and enjoy some great Cajun food!

Some friends and I came here around 6 ish on a Saturday. Let me just tell you, it was crowded! I totally wasn't expecting this to be the case. We waited a bit to be seated but it was cool since my friends and I were chatting and catching up. Once we were seated we learned that there was a staffing issue. That being said, the little sweet hostess girl took our drink and food orders. She definitely respected our wait time. I loved this and it stood out!!! Left a warm impression on my heart. I wasn't that hungry. I ordered a pound of crawfish. Of course, it's CRAWFISH SZN!!!! I got them with a little extra kick and they had a nice flavor. I also added a side of hush puppies. Yes, I'm still on those. ( see pics) One friend ordered Cajun shrimp pasta with a side salad. My other friend ordered (everything ). Just kidding! Mahi/ mahi was her main dish. (See pics). Everyone enjoyed their dishes as well as the attentive service we received during our visit! The restaurant can be a little on the loud side but not to the point where you can't have a conversation. There are two seating sections and there is bar seating available. TVs are throughout the restaurant and a small outdoor patio space. This was my 3rd time coming here and I have been pleased each time. I recommend you add to your list if you want some Cajun / New Orleans flair. It's cool! Next time - I will get dessert (bread pudding) Thanks for reading!
